Improves process of setting up restic remote clients via `restic_remote` role.

This does not change any existing behaviour of this role. If you plan do apply `fifty2technology.restic_remote` role to clients, make sure that `restic_client` role knows and templates the correct REST server port (you will be using REST in that case). See `restic_remote` role for more info, its feature implementation has the same version tag.
